We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your BYOMA purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be unused and unopened to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your unopened products in their original BYOMA box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
